1. Foundation feedback $80

Resume review with fundamental feedback and advice on content, format, and structure, including 1 draft follow up review – via phone or email. Your consultant will ask you to send them any information on jobs you wish to apply for. This level of service is ideal for those who feel confident in their writing ability.

Requires 1 hour.

2. In-depth feedback $180

Resume review with in-depth feedback and advice on tailoring content, format, and structure, including 1 draft follow up review – via phone and/or face to face. Your consultant will ask you to send them any information on jobs you wish to apply for.

Requires 1-2 hours.

3. In-depth feedback & professional writing $250

Resume and cover letter review, in depth feedback and professional rewriting service – face to face. This is the same as Option 2 above with the addition of a full and customised rewrite in direct collaboration with you. We will work closely with you to highlight your key skills, experiences, qualifications and achievements, all of which will give you the winning edge and guarantee more job interviews.  The final product is a tailored ‘Master’ resume and cover letter which can be easily adjusted for each preferred job application.

Requires between 2-3 hours.

4. Selection Criteria writing $180

With our direct experience working in this domain we know what it takes to construct a strong and successful application for government/public service roles.

Let us analyse your strengths, skills, knowledge and experiences in collaboration with you, to create a selection criteria document that will pop out to employers and move you to the top of the pile.

5. Customised job analysis $100

In-depth job description analysis (including selection criteria requirements for public service/government positions), with specific advice on how to write and structure your application, including 1 draft follow up review – via email, phone and/or face to face. Requires 1.5 hours.

Prior to your consultation, you will be asked to share examples of your resume, cover letters and examples of jobs you wish to apply for.

During the session, you will:

We will help you prepare, practice and perform, applying behaviourally-based interviewing techniques, so that you can ensure you are successful when in front of a prospective employer.

During the session, you will:

  • Understand how to prepare in advance
  • Learn how to make a great first impression and build rapport
  • Learn strategies to better manage nerves and build confidence
  • Learn how to best answer typical behavioural questions
  • Discover how to ask the right questions of your interviewer
  • Develop skills to better negotiate salary and flexible working arrangements
