Wouldn’t it be nice to have some time to just focus on you?
How great would it be to ‘click’ with other mums without having to leave the house?
Imagine being able to talk openly about about your motherhood experience without judgement!
Being a mother can sometimes feel relentless, lonely, and overwhelming at the best of times, but with the added pressures associated with the Covid-19 crisis, our mental health, well-being and relationships can really suffer.
This is where Mums Plugged In can help. It’s a safe space to focus on YOU!
This is a mothers group with a difference. Think of it as gentle therapeutic postnatal support for the price of a cafe lunch. We offer you an ear to listen, expert guidance, and a chance to connect deeply with yourself and other mums. All from the comfort of your home, without having to make big changes to your existing routine. You don’t have to be suffering from postnatal depression or anxiety to feel like you are struggling, or to crave this kind of support.
Your needs are valid, no matter your journey. You deserve this!

The most difficult part of birth is the first year afterwards. It is the year of travail – when the soul of a woman must birth the mother inside her. The emotional labour pains of becoming a mother are far greater than the physical pangs of birth; these are the growing surges of your heart as it pushes out selfishness and fear and makes room for sacrifice and love. It is a private and silent birth of the soul, but it is no less holy than the event of childbirth, perhaps it is even more sacred.
